DONKY · HELP & PRIVACY

Talk poker. Respect people.

These rules apply to shared hands, captions, comments, decision responses, display names and profile images in Donky.

Keep it respectful

Discuss decisions without harassment, threats, hate speech or targeted abuse. Sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, content involving abuse of minors and promotion of violence are not allowed.

Protect other people’s privacy

Do not publish private contact details, sensitive personal information or another person’s photo without permission. Use anonymous seats unless you have a good reason and permission to identify someone. Never share passwords or verification codes.

Share only what you have the right to share

Use your own material or material you have permission to use. Do not impersonate other people or Donky support. Spam, scams, unlawful activity and misleading promotions are not allowed.

Report a problem

Choose Report hand from the shared replay menu or Report beside a comment. You can also block a user in Friends, or contact support about profile images and other concerns. Reports are reviewed by authorised support staff. They are not shown to the reported user through the app.

How we enforce these rules

Donky uses a text filter for some clearly abusive material and human review of reports. New photos and videos remain private until a moderator approves them. Optional AI checks support review only when the author has explicitly allowed them. We may remove shared content or restrict abusive accounts. A removed share also becomes unavailable through its browser link; removing a share does not remove the author’s original private hand. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support.
